Frances Lee Ware

In Remembrance

You were a teacher -- this was the first and the most visible impression you gave. You were one whose personality did not contract into your profession, limited to the teaching of music, but on the contrary your calling, for it was more than an occupational pursuit, broadened and streaming into your entire being.

You were a teacher, mother, and sister, therefore yours was a poetic sensitivity to growth. Only a teacher, mother and big sister actually sees the seedlings of the youthful mind reaching out for the light, germinating and sprouting under the loving touch of an inspired gardener.

You were a teacher, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother though birth children were not in God's plan for you.

You were a teacher, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister and therefore you loved your fellow man. Neither your skill nor your diligence were substituted for the love which led you to devote yourself to 39 years of instruction of your neighbor and your neighbor's child, as well as 45 years of devoted upbringing of your sister's children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Your existence on this earth will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved you forever.
